BODY-MIND-SPIRIT & DANCE IMPROVISATION
The teaching methods I use are synthesis of dance techniques and tools, that I've intensively experimented with and developed throughout the last 20 years. Ranging from classical ballet to martial arts, from modern to contemporary dance, from Tai Chi and Qigong to Kundalini and Dynamic meditation, from contact to theatre improvisation and from artistic experience I had working in my own creations and collaborations with 70 different chreographers and teachers.

In the trainings we are working on awareness of the body, mind and emotions, on power and softness of movements, flow and the usage of the energy and on focusing the attention and awareness. I'm providing participants with a set of tools for improvisation that they can implement in their own creations and in daily life.When people are asking me, what we will do on tranings or workshops, I usualy say: We will train our body, mind and spirit through dance and creation

GORAN BOGDANOVSKI
is an award-winning performer, choreographer, teacher, curator and artistic director. Since 1989, he has worked with over 70 choreographers and directors in many fields of the performing arts. At the same time he was also a soloist at the Slovenian National Opera and Ballet Theatre. He founded Fičo Balet in 2000. Since then, he has developed his own style of expression, combining music, light, dramaturgy, technology, text and body. Until now, he realized numerous dance productions, international research projects, festivals and educational programs.
In 2002 he opened up and managed Kino Šiška as a rehearsal space for contemporary dance and theatre in Ljubljana until renovation in 2008. In 2003 he launched with partners the first biannual Slovene dance platform Gibanica (Moving Cake). He is one of the initiators of NOMAD Dance Academy, educational and artistic reseach project launched in 2005 with partners from Slovenia, Croatia, Srebia, Macedonia, Bosnia and Herecegovina and Bulgaria. Lately he was involved in establishing of Centre of contemporary dance arts in Ljubljana and creating a touring network througout Slovenia with project Contemporary Dance Network Slovenia. He was also involved in Modul-dance project of European Dancehouse Network.
