HEALING ENERGIES & EMBODIMENT OF POWER ANIMAL WITH SUN GONG

For millennia , the sound and dance are the means by which we explore the expansion of our consciousness , we expand our awareness and we heal ourselves. Gong is an instrument that allows contact between the physical and the spiritual part of personality. The boiler, in which we prepare aan alchemical mixture of qualities that open up and develop the inner self . Inner self is reflected in symbols , feelings , visions , imagination ...
Power Animal is one of the channels that help us to understand these mysterious characters and show how to get to the wisdom that we need in our daily life. In a ritual we will start with simple warm up and breathing exercises to arrive in the common room and in our bodies and activate the flow of our own energy through movement.

With the help of the gong ww will call one power animal and try to feel and experience its characteristics. In the second part we will embody the qualities represented by a power animal through light , peaceful and focused free improvisation .
With the call and embodiment of movements of animals, we internalize energy of that animal and therefore we enrich our spirit with new strategies for different situations. With training we get inner strength to achieve our mission and potentials .
